Boho Hide Wagon wants you to be completely stoked with your online purchase.

If you’re unsatisfied, we will gladly accept a return of any items within 14 days.

Items are to be returned in original unused condition.

How Do I Return An Item?

To return an item you need to email returns@bohohidewagon.com.au

We will reply within two business days with your return number & address to send your return back to.

For Refund or Exchange, your item must be in original unused condition.

For any returns you will be responsible for shipping charges on unwanted items.

We recommend sending via trackable post to ensure item isn’t lost. If package does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete a refund.

How Will I Be Refunded?

Once we have received the item, we will process a refund. This will be credited to your original method of payment minus all shipping charges.

If you paid with a Gift Card, you will be refunded to that same Gift Card & will be able to re-use the original code towards your next purchase.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.

Can I Exchange An Item?

Certainly. When emailing your return request please advise you would like an exchange and details of the item you would like to exchange it for.

What If My Item Is Faulty?

If you receive an item that is faulty we are sorry we missed this. Please do not use and email a photo of the fault to enquiries@bohohidewagon.com.au Your item will be replaced if stock is available, if unavailable we will refund you once faulty item has been returned.

*Please note : Marks & imperfections in Hides & Hide products are not faults. These are nature’s own & cannot be avoided.
